Deliveries are made as close to the job site as the truck or truck and trailer can reasonably proceed under its own power, the customer is responsible for towing and recovery costs for the delivery vehicle if it can not leave the job site under its own power. Your Landscape Construction Centre Inc. drivers are under orders NOT to attempt any unsafe, or in their opinion, potentially unsafe approach to the job site. The customer is to furnish one man to show unloading location(s) and assist unloading. If the customer or his/her representative is not on the job site to accept delivery, the delivery will be made at the discretion of Landscape Centre and the customer will have been deemed to have accepted the delivery.

Your Landscape Construction Centre Inc. will NOT be held liable for any damages done to shrubbery, flowers, roadways, private property, personal property, city or municipal property, house, yard, vehicles, driveways, curbs, sidewalks, underground service, irrigation. Etc. When delivering product.

At Landscape Centre Inc. we are able to assist in estimating, but we do not assume ANY responsibility for any inaccuracies resulting from customers measurements, changes to shapes or measurements on site, or changes or alterations in laying patterns. Customer assumes ALL responsibility for quantities ordered and restocking charges will apply on all returned product.

To minimize the effect of variation in colour, draw concrete products from alternate pallet(s) in vertical stacks.

Colour blends ordered in small quantities may not represent a blended mix.

Any normal concrete contains some calcium hydroxide as a product of the reaction between cement and water. When this calcium hydroxide is brought to the surface of the concrete product by water, it combines with the carbon dioxide in the air to form calcium carbonate, which then appears as a whitish deposit, efflorescence. Efflorescence will usually wash and wear off in the course of time and the recommended procedure is to allow this natural process to take place. Your Landscape Construction Centre Inc. cannot accept responsibility for efflorescence.

It is normal to have 3% unusable product.

Installation of products by or on behalf of the customer shall be deemed to constitute acceptance.

Bulk Materials shown are subject to change at any time due to stock availability. 

Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee

NO changes/cancellations to Bulk Big Bag orders once they are confirmed (confirmation is made by email prior to bags being loaded and your delivery scheduled)

Postponement to your scheduled delivery of a CONFIRMED Bulk Big Bag order is subject to the delivery cancellation fee (if within 24 hours of scheduled delivery date) + a $10.00/day/bag storage fee.

Broken, chipped or dirty products

Any cut products. e.g. Filter Cloth, Pond Liner, Artifical Turf etc.

LEAD TIME MAY BE REQUIRED: This product may be in stock but in smaller quantities. We suggest you call us to inquire about current availability of this item.

SPECIAL ORDER: Any item marked as Special Order is brought in specifically for you and as such there are no returns nor any refunds given. Payment may be requested in advance.

WHILE QUANTITIES LAST: Any item marked as While Quantities Last has been discontinued by the factory, but they may still have some stock. Please check availability before ordering.
