I know we were all secretly (and some not so secretly) hoping a new year would bring new hope, but in our industry that is not the case. In fact, some of our suppliers have decided to make life even more challenging by revamping their product offerings, creating even more challenges. There are too many to list (with too many ifs, ands, or buts) attached to them so please contact us to discuss in greater detail.With the warmer weather we have had, lead times on products are still up to 8 weeks away..
As we progress into Spring, these times will only increase so please order your products well in advance to save yourselves the headaches of trying to find products that your customer will accept at the last minute. Our team is more than willing to assist you through these transitions, but please give us time to do so!
Starting Tuesday, February 2, we will be opening our showroom for appointments. Please see hours here. During these appointments, we will not be doing calculations for quantities, design ideas, or quotes (these can be done via phone or email). We are focusing on products, sizes, colours. Please note our public washrooms will be closed during this time as well.
We will be allowing walk-ins if time permits, but we strongly recommend booking an appointment.

OUR SHOWROOM WILL BE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT
Starting Tuesday February 2, we will be opening our showroom for appointments.
We will continue to deliver products as normal but with a few customer considerations:
Please respect your distance from our employees and we will do the same for you
We will NOT be accepting Cash/Cheques on site at this time.
No signature will be required on paperwork (standard terms & conditions apply). A copy of your invoice/packing slip can be emailed to you at your request
We will be accepting palletized orders placed (min 2 hours in advance) via phone, email, or text for pickup in our yard. We request that you remain in your vehicle while you are being loaded to minimize contact and allow for social distance.
We are allowing the return of products, but we have the right to quarantine said product to a further date when we feel it is safe to handle..
We will allow the loading of BULK MATERIALS in your truck or trailer ONLY with our loader until further notice. Please remain in your vehicle while being loaded.
IF YOU ARE SICK (OR THINK YOU MAY BE SICK) AND REQUIRE PRODUCT, PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO BE LOADED BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE YARD.
We will only be accepting Visa/MC/Debit for these purchases NO CASH. Only 1 person is allowed in the office at time. Please allow our staff to clean between customers.
